About me

I am a life coach and certified Hypnotherapist specializing in RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy).  I feel truly fortunate to have been able to train with both Martha Beck and Marisa Peer. Martha Beck, PhD, is a Harvard-trained sociologist, world-renowned coach and New York Times bestselling author. Marisa Peer is a globally acclaimed therapist, best-selling author and creator of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).  Their collective wisdom and guidance has given me the tools I use with my clients and I see the results in their incredible and inspirational transformations every day.  

My belief system is based in spirituality which started in my 20s when I joined a Buddhist group and learned about mindfulness meditation.  Over the years I have continued my practice and have incorporated other teachers work into my life. Eckhart Tolle, Lao-tzu's work the Tao Te Ching, Byron Katie, Jack Kornfield, Thich Nhat Hanh and Adyashanti have been my constant companions and I am so grateful for their teachings.  They all have provided invaluable pointers and wisdom which have helped me live a more peaceful life. 

I started working with mediums 20 years ago and this direct connection to the spirit world, my soul and my guides has given me a bird's eye view of my purpose here on earth, my challenges and important relationship issues.  During my experience with mediums I discovered that I am able to channel higher guidance in my work as a coach.  This has enabled my clients to receive messages from the angelic realm and deeper wisdom from their souls.  In understanding the soul's objective and that life is a series of experiences from which to grow, we are able to take a bigger picture perspective when approaching problems. We all deserve to live in peace with ourselves.
